4. For Data Collectors
As a data collector on LynkResearch, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience
- Complete training and certification requirements
- Conduct fieldwork ethically and according to project specifications
- Maintain confidentiality of research data
- Communicate professionally with organizations
5. For Organizations
As an organization using LynkResearch, you agree to:
- Provide clear and accurate project requirements
- Pay collectors fairly and promptly for completed work
- Respect collector privacy and data protection requirements
- Use data collected only for stated research purposes
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for projects will be specified in individual project agreements. LynkResearch facilitates payments between organizations and collectors but is not responsible for payment disputes between parties.
7. Intellectual Property
The LynkResearch platform, including its design, content, and trademarks, is owned by LynkResearch. You may not use our intellectual property without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
LynkResearch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
